These Terms of Service govern your use of https://puzzle.thebigprint.shop, operated by KM Consult ("the Company", "we", "us"). By accessing or using our Site, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Site. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and customers, including browsers, vendors, and contributors of content.

All product prices are listed on the Site in USD and may be changed at any time. We make every effort to display accurate product information, including colors and dimensions; however, slight variations may occur due to screen settings or production tolerances. The Big Print reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order, including in cases of pricing errors or suspected fraud.

By placing an order on The Big Print, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old (or have the consent of a legal guardian) and that all information provided is accurate. Orders are confirmed only after full payment is received. We accept major credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and other methods shown at checkout. All payments are processed securely through Stripe; we do not store your card details.

Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days. Delivery to the United States takes 4–10 business days via Economy or Standard shipping (rates shown at checkout). Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.

You have 14 days from receipt to request a return, provided the product is in its original condition. To initiate a return, contact The Big Print at thebigprint@consulting-ai.eu. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 business days of receipt.

All content on this Site — including images, designs, logos, product names, text, and code — is the property of The Big Print or its licensors and is protected by international copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

When you create an account, you are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or remain inactive for more than 24 months. You may delete your account at any time by contacting customer support.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Big Print shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or products. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product in question. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

These terms are governed by French law. Any dispute arising from or related to these terms or your use of the Site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Paris, France. If you are a consumer in the EU, you may also benefit from the mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence.

The Big Print may update these Terms of Service at any time. The latest version will always be posted on this page, with the "last updated" date at the top. For significant changes, we will notify customers by email or via a notice on the Site. Continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
